Third Eye Games is very proud to welcome Phil Vecchione to our awesome team as our new Project Manager. He knows his stuff when it comes to gaming and organization and he’s honestly overqualified but has agreed to join the team anyway. Heh, sucker. Here’s a bit more about Phil:
Phil Vecchione has been working in the roleplaying game industry since 2009, working with Engine Publishing, Evil Beagle Games, Third Eye Games, and Pelgrane Press. His work has won or been nominated for a number of awards, including the ENnie, Golden Geek, and Origins Award.
He is the co-Host of both the Misdirected Mark and Panda’s Talking Games podcasts, where he discusses GMing advice and game design theory. He is one of the founding Gnomes at the Gnome Stew, where he writes about GMing advice.
Phil is one of the Partners at Encoded Designs, which has published a number of games and supplements for D&D, Dungeon World, Fate, Paranoia, and Savage Worlds. He was one of the lead designers on the Part-Time Gods of Fate game.
He has been a professional project manager for 10+ years, where he has managed large and small projects in the Pharmaceutical and IT fields. He is a practitioner of both Waterfall and Agile project management and is known for making beautiful Gantt charts and rocking a mean Trello board.
