DGS Licensing

If you are interested in using the home system of Third Eye Games, the Dynamic Gaming System (DGS), for your game, the following information is for you!

Fans

Those creating materials not for sale can use the Dynamic Gaming System (DGS) free of charge, and you don’t need to submit anything for approval. We ask only that you reference back to Third Eye Games as the original creator of the system. The following can be used quite easily:

This game references the Dynamic Gaming System game system, available from Third Eye Games at http://www.thirdeyegames.net. The DGS and all associated logos and trademarks are copyrights of Third Eye Games. Used with permission. Third Eye Games makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, viability, or suitability for purpose of this product.

For Publication

If you would like to use the Dynamic Gaming System for a project you want to sell, you must contact eloy@thirdeyegames.net with your plan and samples of your work. We’ll spend time working with each company on a case-by-case basis, providing free editorial advice so you can put out the best product possible.

Be aware that we’re looking for HIGH production values: great art, trade dress, professional layout and creative content. Once we grant your company the license, you can make whatever you want without submitting it for further approval, as long as you follow the guidelines below.

There is no fee for this license. However, we ask that you allow us to put at least one ad for Third Eye Games products in your final product. We will do the same for you, as well, to help promote your new book. Sharing ideas is very important to making the DGS even more accessible.

Once your product is underway, we highly encourage you to visit our forums and let our fans know about it. We also greatly encourage you to contact Studio2Publishing, our distribution partner, and sell your print and electronic materials through their service.

And while not a requirement, we’d sure love a copy of your work for our collection, personal enjoyment, and so that we can tell those we meet at conventions and stores about it. PDF or print is fine!
